This policy explains what personal information Consentra LLC ("Consentra", "we") collects through consentrallc.com and how we use it. Consentra LLC is a company registered in the United States, at 169 Madison Ave Ste 11534 Unit 210, New York, NY 10016.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, website or Amazon store link, the service you are interested in, target marketplaces and your message. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. To stop automated abuse of the form, a salted one-way hash of your IP address is kept for a short time on our server; the IP address itself is not stored with your message or emailed to us.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use contact form details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to manage that business relationship. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your message is delivered by email through our hosting provider. We share information with service providers only as far as needed to run this website and our email, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months. Information about clients and partners is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by law afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your local data protection authority.
