What we run

Five areas of work, done in your account.

We execute, not just advise. That is why we work with direct, role-limited access rather than reports and recommendations.

Catalogue

Listings and catalogue

  • Listing creation and updates: titles, bullets, descriptions, attributes
  • Variation set-up and parent/child repairs
  • A+ content and images coordinated with your team
  • Suppression and catalogue error fixes, flat-file bulk work
Inventory

FBA and inventory

  • Shipment plans, labels and carton workflows
  • Inbound coordination with your warehouse or ours
  • Replenishment planning, stranded and aged stock follow-up
  • Reconciliation and reimbursement claims
Account health

Cases and account health

  • Daily Account Health and policy notification checks
  • Seller Support cases opened, followed and escalated
  • Listing and account issues investigated with your input
  • Case history documented and visible to you
Advertising

Sponsored ads

  • Sponsored Products, Brands and Display structure
  • Bids and budgets daily, search terms weekly
  • Brand Store and landing pages kept current
  • Monthly report against agreed ACOS and TACOS targets
Expansion

New marketplaces, opened and run

When the account is stable, we open the next marketplace in sequence: compliance, catalogue, logistics through our partner warehouses, launch advertising, then hand-over into the daily routine above. The same playbook we use for our own brand partnerships.

A working day

The same loop, every business day.

Account management is a queue worked in order, with a written trail at the end of the day. This is what the log you receive looks like.

  • Open the queue: overnight notifications, health flags, open cases
  • Move inventory: shipment plans, labels, reconciliation
  • Catalogue and campaigns: fixes, bids, budgets
  • Close the loop: cases followed up, log written, tomorrow planned

Day log Example

  1. Account Health reviewed; one policy notice acknowledged, case opened
  2. Stranded inventory: two ASINs relisted, one removal order created
  3. FBA shipment confirmed: 18 cartons to EU, labels sent to the German warehouse
  4. Variation family rebuilt for a suppressed child listing; suppression cleared
  5. Sponsored Products: negatives added from search-term report, budgets rebalanced
  6. Three open cases followed up; daily log sent; tomorrow: reimbursement reconciliation
The profit-share model

We do well only when you do.

A fixed agency retainer pays the agency whether or not your account grows. We tie our fee to the profit we add, measured from a baseline we agree with you at the start.

1. Baseline

We review the last months of sales, margin and advertising spend together and agree the starting point in writing.

2. Share

Our fee is a percentage of the profit above that baseline. The split depends on the account and is fixed before we begin.

3. Reporting

Profit is calculated from your own Seller Central and advertising data, so both sides see the same numbers.

4. Exit

Month-to-month. You can withdraw our access at any time; what we built stays in your account.

Security

Your account information, handled with care.

You give us access to the most important account your business has. These are the rules we work by.

Access and credentials

  • Named user accounts for every team member, no shared logins
  • Access through Seller Central user permissions, limited to what we run
  • Two-step verification on every Amazon login
  • Access removed the day an engagement or a role ends

Data

  • Your marketplace data used only for your engagement
  • Buyer personal information is not exported from Seller Central
  • Data in transit encrypted; retention set out in our privacy policy
  • Never sold, pooled or used for another client

Audit trail

  • Every action recorded in Amazon Agent with who did what and when
  • Activity reviewed by management
  • Daily log shared with you

Incidents

  • Written procedure: detect, contain, assess, notify
  • You are told about any incident affecting your account
  • Review and corrective action afterwards
