AMZN Agent is the operations software we built to run our own stores and our partners'. Three panels share one record per product: purchasing sees what the warehouse counted, the warehouse sees what purchasing promised, and everyone sees what reached Amazon.

Northwind Goods is a made-up seller from the Amazon Agent demo. Every figure is sample data, laid out the way the real panels show it.
Each team works in its own panel. The record is shared.
The panels talk to each other through a shared chat in the corner of every screen, so nobody needs a separate messaging app to ask about an order.

Each step is done in the panel of the team that does the work. The result shows up everywhere else straight away.
Purchase
Business orders arrive with the real paid cost and a suite number for the warehouse.
On the way
Carrier status and delivery dates update on the same order line.
Receive
Scan and count. Short, damaged or partial deliveries are recorded once, for both sides.
Label
FNSKU labels in the marketplace's language, printed at 57.2 × 32.1 mm.
Box
Boxes under 49 lb. Hazmat and ships-alone items kept apart automatically.
Ship
The pallet leaves with a tracking number; Operation sees it in transit.
FBA shelf
Stock is booked when the pallet arrives. Sales and returns follow from there.
No re-typing. It collects while you work.
A small browser extension reads the seller pages you are already signed into and sends structured rows to your workspace, on a schedule, in a background tab. AMZN Agent never asks for marketplace passwords.
